Like us, you want to keep your Model A Ford in top running condition. This means that you will often want to assure the optimum engine timing. The first step of course is to position the number one piston at top dead center by aligning the timing pin with the recess in the timing gear.

However, when performing this 'simple' task, we find it best to have been born with a third arm and hand as the other two are busy causing the engine to rotate. A helper is beneficial, but wouldn't it be nice to have that third hand, so that you can re-tune your "A" when assistance is not readily available?
